I hired Attic Access on the strength of a very good phone chat with their surveyor, Jon. He was also very clear and informative about the different ladder options and I trusted his advice concerning safety standards. After the first phone call, I felt very confident that Attic Access would be reliable and efficient — and I was not disappointed. The fitting team were highly professional, efficient and friendly. They boarded our entire loft area, including under the eaves. They also installed a loft light and a spring action ladder. They completed the job fuss free and amazingly, without even a murmur, they shifted our junk around in the loft to access all areas, leaving it much tidier than before they arrived. I was also amazed when they were more than happy to remove an old water tank that had been sitting in the loft since we bought the house 10 years ago. On top of all that, they completed the job in well under a day. Once the job was completed, they took the time to demo the use of the loft ladder and getting into the loft safely.

I live in a bungalow and storage is in short supply. I contacted Attic Access via their advert in a local Stourport paper. They visited me at a time to suit me and gave me a quotation there and then. The ladder and loft flooring were installed shortly after and I was amazed at how little time it took, they laid out dustsheets and took away all the packaging. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Jon came out to see me and gave me lots of helpful information and I was able to look at pictures of different ladders so making the choice between aluminium and wooden was much easier.
